FCC(FARMASi Colour Cosmetics) is one of the halal cosmetic company from Istanbul, Turkey. This brand has been in Malaysia for more than 10 years and has been known for their best CC Cream and also lipsticks. 

​

This brand not only sells their cosmetics, but they also have other type of products such as personal care, skincare, fragrance, and even accessories. However, in Malaysia they only sells cosmetics and some skincare products.

​

I started to work in this company since December 2016. During my first month working here, I worked on the catalogue and website. During that time, the active campaign was 'Selfie Kit by Janna Nick'. I did not involve much in that campaign as the campaign materials has completed by the other designer.

​

In June, we started to explore another way to communicate and use the database that we have. We started to work on newsletter, which at least one email from FCC Malaysia to the customer in one week. 

 

After the 'Selfie Kit with Janna Nick campaign, there was 'Tanya Sama Janna' campaign. We already prepared the ad, the shawls that should come with the package but the process was left just like that. 

​

However, in July we had a campaign for 'Hear Me, Try Me, Believe Me'. It is more to get the testimonials of the products from the users. During this time, we gather as much information to study the character and behaviour of the customers. 

 

In September 2017, we had a campaign called as 'New York'- where all the makeups in this package can create a bold look. 

​

In November 2017, we continue creating more makeup looks but this time is more to sun-kissed, soft, and natural looks. It is called as 'Bali' set.   

​

However the sale during this year was not so good. So we come up with the idea on having a free makeup party at least twice a month for year 2018. So 2018 was actually full with makeup party, different themes and also different group of customers. 

​

And I left the company on May 2018...
